Returns and Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If Bobbie’s Pinups made an error (e.g., wrong item, size, color) we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

- Orders are typically shipped within one or two business days of receipt via the method selected at checkout.
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
- You can view estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before checkout.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website or sign up for our email list for the latest offers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] or call 713.396.0433 with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Repackage Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship Your Return: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label if the error was on our part. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Important Notes:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bobbie’s Pinups.
